3. User Responsibilities

As a user of SierraV, you agree to:

• Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the bot
• Not use the bot for illegal activities or to harass other users
• Respect the rights and privacy of other Discord users
• Not spam or abuse the bot's features
• Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities responsibly

You are responsible for all activities that occur in your Discord server while using SierraV.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SierraV for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems

5. Data Collection and Privacy

6. Service Availability

• Remove the bot from servers that violate these Terms

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

• Copy, modify, or distribute the bot's code or assets
• Create derivative works based on SierraV

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SierraV development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or server content
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Damage to reputation or relationships
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use SierraV

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for using SierraV (which is currently free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SierraV development team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the bot, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SierraV at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Abuse of the bot's features or resources
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the SierraV development team is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

Your continued use of SierraV after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
